Improvers Workshop for beginner / intermediate belly dancers

The 2005 trip is now cancelled, as insufficient bookings were received while sensible flight prices were still available.  We expect to run the trip again early October 2006 - but you will need to book no later than end of May if you want to go!

Open to partners and friends. Non-dancers welcome!

 The Great Pyramids at Giza, Cairo

Based in Cairo, you have the opportunity to train with one of Egypt's leading Belly Dance teachers. Learn this ancient art form which is as old and as interesting as the Pyramids. Get into character and enhance your dancing with the sights, sounds and smells of Egypt, famous for Belly Dancing both traditional and cabaret.  Come with us and find out for yourself; you will have an exciting and unusual holiday with plenty of hard work and fun.

Our super luxury two-location trip, in Cairo and Luxor, take splace during either the Easter or winter term school holidays.  We spend 4 days in Cairo, with trips to the Pyramids and the Egyptian Museum, the Khan el Khalili Bazaar for belly dance costumes, and 1, 2 or 3 belly dance workshops with a top Cairo teacher. At Luxor you can relax for 4 days in the sunshine, sail on the Nile or visit the wonderful temples of Karnak and Luxor and the amazing Valleys of the Kings and Queens.  (Sequence of Cairo/Luxor will depend upon booking availabilities). At both locations you can join us for a wonderful night out with dinner and a belly dance and/or folkloric show.
